Bastardi’s Filed A Revengeful Lawsuit

Roseanne Guzzo, the daughter of Michael Bastardi said, she doesn’t care that Warren Hance and his wife are grieving, she wants answers, this is not about the money, it’s about awareness.  The Bastardi’s are suing for $1 Million Dollars, but this is not about money, yeah right, said a close source.  These people have no remorse that Warren Hance and his wife lost their three daughters on that terrible day, the Bastardi’s just don’t care, they’re as cold as ice and revengeful.

A close Source said, the Bastard’s won’t let it go, they won’t accept it, that everyone connected to this crash are all grieving, they just won’t accept it and they want someone to pay for the loss of their father and brother.   They have no feelings inside, they want Warren Hance to have more suffering because it was his sister that killed their family members.

December 10, 2009, today the Bastardi Family filed a $1 Million Dollar Lawsuit, against the brother of Diane Schuler, Warren Hance, who owned the mini-van that Diane Schuler was driving on July 26, 2009.

Bastardi’s Filed A Revengeful Lawsuit against Warren Hance who is deeply grieving from the loss of his three beautiful daughters they were all killed in the crash on the Taconic Parkway on July 26, 2009.  How much more can this man Warren Hance and his wife take?  Enough is enough.

Diane Schuler, her 2-year-old daughter, three nieces (Hance Girls) and the two Bastardi’s and their friend Daniel Longo, all died in the crash.  Diane Schuler’s 5-year-old son Bryan Schuler, was the only survivor.

Angelina Jolie’s Uncle, music legend Chip Taylor and her father Jon Voight will get together for a couple of memorable evening concerts.  Jon Voight will join his brother Chip Taylor on December 13 at the Birchmere in Alexandria, Virginia, and December 14 at New York City’s Living Room.

Chip Taylor will be “kibitzing: with his brother Jon throughout the show, while the former pro gambler will be performing his latest album “Yonkers NY” which includes his hit single “Bastard Brothers.”

The City Of Yonkers, New York proclaimed October 28 “Chris Taylor Day” Chip is also famous for writing the hits “Wild Thing” and “Angel Of The Morning” and of course being the brother of the famous actor Jon Voight, who is the father of the beautiful Angelina Jolie, who is the partner of the sexiest man alive Brad Pitt.

She’s the daughter of Billy Joel and Super Model Christie Brinkley, and smashingly beautiful like her mother and musically talented like her father, Alexa Ray Joel.

Alexa Ray, accidently took an overdose of Traumeel, A homeopathic anti-inflammatory drug that is used often to treat muscle spasms and pain.

Alexa Ray’s Publicist, Claire Mercuri confirmed Alexa has been released from St Vincent’s Hospital in Manhattan a few hours after she was rushed there for over medicating on the herbal medication at her apartment in Greenwich Village in New York City.

Alexa is resting comfortably at home with her mother Christie Brinkley, Billy Joel said, Alexa accidently swallowed eight pills, we’re all shaken, but, she was never in any danger because she got to the hospital quickly,  and she’s okay. New York City Police said, we are no longer investigating this case and there will be no criminal charges filed.

Alexa Ray Joel, she’s a songwriter, pianist and singer who has appeared on Wendy Willams and Jimmy Kimmel’s Show.   Recently, she broke up with her boyfriend Jimmy Riot, a bass guitarist, who is in her band, they we’re living together in the village, and in an interview in July 2009, Alexa said, the breakup left her struggling with her identity, it’s a lot to absorb.  Alexa is 23-years-old and she is planning two free concerts for her fans in New York City.

President Obama VS. American Soldiers Want Out

The American people feel deceived by the President of the United States, Barack Obama; he has let us down when he announced he would not end the war as promised during his campaign.  This war has cost the American soldiers their limbs and their lives for what, nothing.  There is no power in a wavering mind, and the President has a wavering mind, and he is not strong enough to end this war and bring our children home.  Barack Obama is not the President he said he’d be, and he has lied to the American people, he promised to end the war and he didn’t, instead he started a new one, Afghanistan.  Barack Obama’s speech at West Point was pointless!

Death is Death, no matter what way you cut it, American Soldiers are dying day after day so Bush and Cheney could make billions then and now off these wars.  This is a Holocaust that is happening right before our eyes to America,  our American Soldiers are dying and the American people are heading into financial communism, America is broke.  Barack Obama came on the seen like a knight in shinning armor and we thought he was going to end the war, now he took off his mask, and he’s like the angel of darkness, as the war continues, he starts another war with Afghanistan, this war will not end.  Tell your children, what good are the benefits of war when you have no limbs when you come home.  Veterans know the truth about war, Veterans know the price of war and Veterans are the ones who pay the price, not a President!

The American Soldier is tired and weary, and they want to come home, unfortunately, America can’t afford to bring them home, they have nothing to offer these soldiers, no jobs, no healthcare, nothing, America is broke, they got nothing to offer these soldiers, it’s cheaper to keep the war going than it is to end the war and bring them home a veteran said, as we shared a cup of coffee.

There is so much mental illness in this war, it’s worse than Vietnam you cannot even imagine what is a head of us when these soldiers come home.  There minds are so messed up!

These soldiers feel like murderers, inside their souls, they don’t feel like hero’s and that is what they’re government has done to them, and there is going to be a lot of disturbed veterans walking the streets when they finally come home.  It’s sad, very, very sad.

The former President George W. Bush was nothing more than a lie, he ruined this country, and we will never regain our losses.  The Truth is the most powerful weapon in the world, therefore, the American people should listen to the Former CIA in this video below.

Tiger Woods Has Regrets In His Statement

There is no such as squeaky clean, not in the world of the rich and powerful, Tiger Woods is a long way from the golf course with this putt, and this may cost him his endorsements and his golden name, but, the most unfortunate loss will be the loss of his trusted relationship with his beautiful wife Elin.  Tiger Woods has disgraced his family name by becoming a cheat and a liar.  This mistake, will be the greatest lesson in his life.

This is the statement released Wednesday by golfer Tiger Woods:

I have let my family down and I regret those transgressions with all of my heart. I have not been true to my values and the behavior my family deserves. I am not without faults and I am far short of perfect. I am dealing with my behavior and personal failings behind closed doors with my family. Those feelings should be shared by us alone.

Although I am a well-known person and have made my career as a professional athlete, I have been dismayed to realize the full extent of what tabloid scrutiny really means. For the last week, my family and I have been hounded to expose intimate details of our personal lives. The stories in particular that physical violence played any role in the car accident were utterly false and malicious. Elin has always done more to support our family and shown more grace than anyone could possibly expect.

But no matter how intense curiosity about public figures can be, there is an important and deep principle at stake which is the right to some simple, human measure of privacy. I realize there are some who don’t share my view on that. But for me, the virtue of privacy is one that must be protected in matters that are intimate and within one’s own family. Personal sins should not require press releases and problems within a family shouldn’t have to mean public confessions.

Whatever regrets I have about letting my family down have been shared with and felt by us alone. I have given this a lot of reflection and thought and I believe that there is a point at which I must stick to that principle even though it’s difficult.

I will strive to be a better person and the husband and father that my family deserves. For all of those who have supported me over the years, I offer my profound apology.

John Gotti Is Free

BREAKING NEWS:  Gotti will not be retried again, this case is closed!

U.S. Attorney Preet Bharara, expressed his “disappointment” in a statement about this forth mistrial against Gotti, but he still hasn’t ruled out a fifth trial either.  A close source said, they doubt there will be a fifth trial, it cost the taxpayers a lot of money to keep trying to get Gotti, when the evidence is not there to convict him.   He’s been out of the MOB for years, they should just leave the guy alone and go after the gang leaders on the streets that are killing innocent people, they should leave Gotti alone.

John Junior Gotti walked out of the Federal Courthouse yesterday with his head held high and he said, I want to go home and see my children and I’m going to have a happy healthy Christmas with my family, Thank God!  After spending 16 months in jail behind bars,  Federal Jury in Manhattan was not able to reach a verdict on the racketeering charges against John Junior.

John Gotti Junior has six children who miss him dearly, after all these months away from him.

The Jurors are outraged that the Federal Prosecutor keeps pursuing Gotti and they urge the prosecutors to drop this case for good.   Gotti didn’t take the stand, therefore the prosecutor had to rely on the evidence against him.  What did prosecutors have MOB informants to testify for plea deals, that’s not evidence that’s bribery!

When John Gotti Junior was asked, “Do you think they’ll be a fifth trial? He answered, I hope to God not, but if we have to be prepared for it, we’ll be prepared for it.”

John Gotti, 45, of Oyster Bay drove away heading straight home to be with his family.

Westchester Dog Owners Concerned

Westchester County dog owners are concerned about they’re missing dogs.  One dog owner said, Where is my dog?  Another dog owner said, Who has my dog?  What has happened to my dog?  Dogs seem to be missing all over Westchester County, and the ASPCA, SPCA, Dog Shelters, Humane Society, Animal Rescues, Police, Animal Doctors, Dog Groomers, Veterinary Hospitals and Westchester County residents don’t have a clue what happened to these lost dogs that are missing without a trace.  The New York DOT and Westchester County Departments of Sanitation picks up stray dogs found dead on the side of the road, all the time.  However, that doesn’t answer the question why dogs with tags and collars, who are micro chipped are not being returned to the dog owners dead or alive.   A close source said, Veterinary Hospitals are looking the other way when someone is bringing a dog into the office that has been found on the street, they’re not reporting the lost animal to the authorities, they’re looking the other way and it’s wrong.  Losing a beloved pet is like losing a child, it’s a heartache and a void that cannot be filled.

Gerson, the owner of “Marco” a Poodle/Jack Russel Mix is devastated by this, his family is heart broken, and they must get their baby back, and they will not stop looking for him, not ever.  Marco is part of our family we will not stop looking for him, and we must rely on the kindness of strangers to help us locate where he is or what exactly happened to him, who has our baby?  We need the News Media’s help to find him.  We know the answers are out there and we follow every lead, so please, we are asking the public to contact us with any hint they can offer us.

Have you seen Marco anywhere? Has anyone you know come home with a dog that looks like him? He’s been missing since August when his owner was hit by a car on Hillside and Halstead Avenues. Marco’s leash was found on Mamaroneck Avenue and North Barry – it was chewed. Marco had become scared when the police and ambulance arrived and the police couldn’t catch him. Please help find Marco and bring him home for the Christmas. We’re hoping a good Samaritan has found him and is keeping him safe and warm. He is a Poodle/Jack Russel Mix who is mostly white with black ears and black around his eyes. There are black spots on him you will see if his hair is short. MISSING

Have you seen these dogs?  We are desperately trying to bring them home.  We have been out searching for them on foot day and night, walking the woods and the trails, following every lead and phone call, putting signs up everywhere and living on little if any sleep.  We’ve even hired professional dog trackers to help us.  Shane and Timber have been missing quite some time now, and we’re praying that some kind Samaritan has found them and is taking care of them.

Do you have have them in your care?   Please, if you find them or any other dog that might be lost or abandoned, take them to any vet and ask the vet’s staff to check them for a microchip if they do not have a collar and tags on. We were separated on the Hastings Trail in Hastings on Hudson by the Rowley Bridge.  Shane is a white Husky and German Shepherd mix with a blue right eye and a brown left eye.  Timber is a rust and white/crème Husky with blue eyes.  Both were wearing collars at the time and are microchipped.   These two boys are very loved and deeply missed.  We’re so worried about them, especially now that hunting season is beginning, and they could still be in the  woods.  If you have seen them or have seen anyone with dogs that look like them, please call anytime day or night.

They are friendly but might be very cautious and timid, so approach them slowly, please do not chase them.  If they are roaming they can travel far and quickly. So please, we need your help to bring them home.  Shane and Timber are loved and cherished, and our hearts are broken and our lives empty without them.

DIANE SCHULER 911 TAPES

Today, The Westchester News.Com Team drove by the accident to see if we could figure out what happened that deadly day on the Taconic Parkway, it was clear to see that whoever was driving the Bastardi car was not paying attention to the road, and as he was driving in the fast lane  going north on the parkway he had plenty of time to move out of arms way.  It was clear that the driver in the Bastardi car was not paying attention to the road, if he was, he would have had enough time to move out of the way of Diane Schuler’s wrong way ride to her death, theirs and those innocent children.

If you don’t believe us, go see for yourselves, the Bastardi car clearly had a distance between them and Schuler before the deadly crash.  A source said, they must have been talking and not paying attention to the road, it’s sad, they were nice people, but that’s what probably happened, it’s sad very sad.

Did you ever use a wireless cell phone, if you have then you know about horrible this phone is, Verizon Wireless is the worst, well, I have one and after about 10 attempts to reach my husband, we went back and forth, dead zones, drop calls and ringing to no one on the other end.  Did I want to throw the phone across the parking lot?  You bet I did and my husband wanted to do the same on the other end, instead we took a deep breath, screamed, cursed and gave up, we waited 20 minutes and then we finally reached each other on our Verizon Wireless cell phones.  I could understand why Diane Schuler threw her cell phone out of her car.

She was seen vomiting right before the crash. When she left Upstate Liberty New York she was fine and then she suddenly got sick right before the crash on the Taconic Parkway. It’s a lot to digest, but clearly the camera lens does not lie, Diane was not drunk in this video in a gas station right before the crash.
