Department Of Labor Meltdown
They’re blowing off people who are filing claims, these people lost their jobs and are laid off, these are unemployed Americans who are being ignored. On the phone, New York State has an animated phone robot sending people on a wild goose chase, they pawn them off, back and forth to each other, the website tells you to call the New York State Department Of Labor. When they call they get an animated phone robot. They tell them to go to the website, but, not everyone knows how to use a computer. It takes about 3 days to get through to a real person and they pass you onto an animated robot, and it starts all over again, and when you call back all phone lines are busy and then another animated phone robot is saying “Call Back Later.”
