She should call Rudy Giuliani and ask him for advice, he did it, he cleaned up New York City Streets when he was the Mayor. Janet Difiore doesn’t have a clue what its like these days to live in Yonkers, Mount Vernon and Greenburgh, there is no public safety on these city streets, none.
