Roseanne Guzzo, the daughter of Michael Bastardi said, she doesn’t care that Warren Hance and his wife are grieving, she wants answers, this is not about the money, it’s about awareness. The Bastardi’s are suing for $1 Million Dollars, but this is not about money, yeah right, said a close source. These people have no remorse that Warren Hance and his wife lost their three daughters on that terrible day, the Bastardi’s just don’t care, they’re as cold as ice and revengeful.
A close Source said, the Bastard’s won’t let it go, they won’t accept it, that everyone connected to this crash are all grieving, they just won’t accept it and they want someone to pay for the loss of their father and brother. They have no feelings inside, they want Warren Hance to have more suffering because it was his sister that killed their family members.
December 10, 2009, today the Bastardi Family filed a $1 Million Dollar Lawsuit, against the brother of Diane Schuler, Warren Hance, who owned the mini-van that Diane Schuler was driving on July 26, 2009.

Diane Schuler, her 2-year-old daughter, three nieces (Hance Girls) and the two Bastardi’s and their friend Daniel Longo, all died in the crash. Diane Schuler’s 5-year-old son Bryan Schuler, was the only survivor.
The thing is this, I know the truth about Westchester County Law Enforcement and yes they would lie and put false charges on innocent people. If you knew, what so many of us know who live in this county, then, you would know that Daniel Schuler is telling the truth. Diane Schuler was not a drunk, she suddenly became ill and her illness caused a deadly accident on the Taconic Parkway. Its great that Oprah decided to do this show, it deeply touches all of us. It’s probably one of the most disturbing and saddest stories most of us have ever heard. It’s a disgrace how this woman’s name has been dragged through the mud. Don’t ever forget this, in this country America, we are innocent until proven guilty. This evil thing that happened to Diane Schuler is no different from someone having a heart attack, diabetic attack or seizure behind the wheel of a car. I hope everyone has a better understanding now because the only way people would completely understand this is if, this reality happened to them personally, and we can only hope and pray that this never happens again. In the end the truth will prevail.
I know there are some people who believe Diane Schuler was a drunk and a drug addict, but that is not true and has not been proven because she was not anything close to that type of person. Diane Schuler is Innocent.
It’s apparent some people don’t have a clue about how an investigation unfolds, the findings show that Diane Schuler is a victim of a sudden illness, she was seen on camera normal, she became ill quickly, and that is the result of this tragedy. Some people can’t handle the truth, just some people. Thank God! The truth is a powerful weapon and it will be around a lot longer than some of these comments on these blogs that I’ve read.
If someone is an alcoholic or a pothead everybody knows what they are they’re not kidding anyone, please this is 2009, we are sharper then ever.

Tell me something, don’t you think the liquor store would know you if you were an alcoholic? Don’t you think the local “Bar” would know you? Don’t you think your neighbors and co-workers would know you have a problem? One of my close friends is an alcoholic, and everybody knows she has a problem, so much that she lost her six figure job because of her alcohol problems. People who think that they can hide alcoholism are only fooling themselves. Everybody around an alcoholic knows it! Here’s a fact…Not one person came forward that knew Diane Schuler for years, people worked closely with her everyday, neighbors talked with her everyday, mothers, teachers, family, friends, doctors, etc. Diane Schuler is not an alcoholic, she is an innocent person who suddenly became very ill that day and it was that illness that caused that accident. My friend I told you about she is now in AA, and she’s doing much better. Don’t let anyone try to fool you that alcoholics and potheads can hide what they do, they can’t.
