Today, little 5 year old Bryan Schuler, was told about his mom, little sister, and cousins deaths at St. Mary’s Hospital for Children in Bayside, Queens. Bryan is recovering day by day from his head injuries and he’s getting stronger everyday, said a close source. The Head on Crash on July 26, 2009 on the Taconic Parkway killed Diane Schuler 36, her baby daughter, Erin, 2, her three nieces, Emma Hance, 8, Alyson Hance, 7, and Kate Hance, 5, and three men from Yonkers, Mike Bastardi, 82, Guy Bastardi, 49, Daniel Longo, 74, were all killed, Daniel Schuler’s son Bryan, 5, survived the head-on crash.
Tom Ruskin, the private investigator for Dominic Barbara said, both family’s the Hance family and Dan Schuler have been in close contact on a daily basis. Warren Hance and Dan Schuler have been on very close speaking terms and what the “Press” is reporting about their relationship is simply not true. They did not have a falling out! Tuesday New York State Police and the Westchester County District Attorney, Janet Difiore, have a meeting planned to discuss the findings of the case.
