The Westchester Chief Medical Examiner looks bad, Dr, Millard Hylandsd, is making excuses now, so if the toxicology reports don’t match, he’ll cover it up by saying the Schuler family waited too long to retest Diane’s toxicology. The President of CMP Protective and Investigative Group, Thomas Ruskin said, “Daniel Schuler was “moving with all due diligence in the normal time frame to select a certifiable lab.”
Forensic experts have disagreed with the Westchester Medical Examiner, saying the results would change significantly only if samples were not preserved properly.
Somebody in Westchester County screwed up.
