Bill Clinton Has Coronary Artery Procedure!

Bill Clinton the former President was rushed to the hospital Thursday after experiencing pains in his chest.  Doctors did surgery placing two stents in his coronary artery, a close source adviser, Douglas Band, said Clinton was doing well after undergoing the procedure at New York Presbyterian Hospital.

Bill Clinton had quadruple bypass surgery in 2004 to open four blocked arteries and has been doing well since then until now.

Hillary Rodham Clinton, United States Secretary of State met with President Obama as scheduled on Thursday and then rushed to the hospital to be by her husband’s bedside with their daughter Chelsea.

The next Morning Bill Clinton left the New York Hospital and went home to Chappaqua about 45 minutes North of New York City, three SUV’s with tinted windows pulled through the gates of his home in Chappaqua Friday Morning at 7:45 a.m..

Douglas Band said in a statement that Bill Clinton left New York Presbyterian Hospital in excellent health and he looks forward in the days ahead to getting back to work at his Foundation helping Haiti with recovery efforts and raising relief funds.

Cardiologist Allan Schwartz said he could be back at work by Monday, he had a clogged heart artery opened after suffering discomfort in the chest, he had chest pains and he had a medical procedure, two stents, a tiny mesh were placed inside the artery and this procedure is quite common for people with severe heart disease.  Bill Clinton had quadruple bypass surgery at New York Presbyterian Hospital more than five years ago.
